Full Time
Alternative Provision Co-ordinator at Testlands Wellbeing Hub, Green Lane

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Alternative Education Teacher to join our provision. Our Alternative Education provisions have an excellent reputation for supporting the education of vulnerable students who are autistic, have attachment difficulties, and have social, emotional and mental health needs. Students and staff benefit from access to excellent facilities on our split site, including access to our Community Farm, Wellbeing Hub and Outdoor Learning Centre. Working 1:1 or in small groups with a high staffing ratio allows us to provide highly bespoke and individualised educational provision to our students with additional support. The post holder will be a key part of an exciting phase of development of our provision. It will involve being part of our Alternative Provision development team, which will include curriculum planning, research and decision making. This development will be supported by the Lead of Alternative Education and all the other specialists within the wider organisation.
